The buyer has a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and no need to indicate the reasons.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be notificated via email, addressing a communication to email@example.com; sending a letter to our postal address Carretera de Cànoves nº 23, Les Franqueses del Valles (08520 Barcelona), or through the withdrawal form.
As established in article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and users, supplies of services or goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or can deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.
The client must return or deliver the product directly to Ingravitt at Carretera de Cànoves nº 23, Les Franqueses del Valles (08520 Barcelona), without undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date in which the right of withdrawal from the contract is formalized. The period will be expired if the customer returns the product before the end of the term.
In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, it is requested that, to avoid transportation problems, ensure that the package is duly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we check that both the item/s, as well as the possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to return the money paid.
The refund of the amounts received by the client will be made using the same means of payment used by the client, provided that the contrary has not been stipulated.
Ingravitt may retain the refund until having received the product, the reason for withdrawal, or until the customer provides proof of return , depending on which condition is met first.
In the event of unwarranted delay from Ingravitt regarding the return of the sums paid, the customer may claim double the sums paid, without harm to the right to be compensated for the damages suffered in excess of this amount.
RETURN OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it, are not a consequence of the customer, the customer will have the right to return the product, informing Ingravitt of the reason for the return through any of the means provided in the present contracting conditions, and at no cost to the client.
This return due to defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal. Ingravitt undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to exchange the product for a new one in accordance with conditions accepted at the time of sale.
